Set in present-day Japan, we witness the relationship of the two main characters, the seductive blind woman and shaman, the itako O-Kono with the charismatic Superintendent Kuma Nakajima. An epic plot of countless mysteries follows one after the other throughout the novel. About the author
Lluís Bussé has a degree in Fine Arts and a PhD in Philosophy. Born in Barcelona (1961), he published a book in English entitled Barcelona’s Multiverse. He also holds a solo photographic exhibition with the same title at the Palau Robert. Just 10 years ago, in 2013, an unpublished collection of poems entitled Glasgow 15 was released under the prestigious Libros del Aire publishing house. The present novel Itako has allowed him to delve into some fascinating and surprising aspects of Japanese culture.
